  High Efficiency

 These cyclones are highly efficient
 due to an innovative scroll inlet
 head resulting in:
  • Higher capacity
  • Improved cut points
  • Less turbulence

  Light Weight Construction

 The shells are manufactured
 from glass reinforced polyester
 with a 15mm polyurethane lining
 to reduce the weight as much
 as possible without forfeiting
 quality, or conventional steel
 construction, or all polyurethane.

  Ease of Assembly

Assembled with loose galvanised or stainless steel flanges combined with light weight construction allows rapid disassembly for inspection and replacing of worn parts.
Spigots are also clip-on or screw-on.

  Smooth Flowing Action

Each section is spigoted together resulting in correct alignment and combined with the smooth surface and low coefficient of friction of the lining, improved performance is ensured.

  High Strength Corrosion
   Free Casing

The non-corrosive G.R.P. casing being non dentable ensures inside shape is retained thereby maintaining constant efficiency.

  Vortex Finder

Long lasting Alumina Ceramic or Polyurethane or HDPE.
Various diameters/lengths for different capacities/cut points.

  Inlet Head

Scrolled head is cast in high wear resistant polyurethane.
Alumina Ceramic inserts available for the smaller cyclones.

  Cones

Inclusive angles range from 4 to 90 degrees.
Interchangeability of various cone sections between different sized cyclones, eliminates the necessity to hold large stocks of spares thereby reducing costs.

  Spigot

Various sizes for various capacities.
Available in Alumina Ceramic or Polyurethane.
Flapper valves can be fitted.
